We offer two types of personal training:
During these one-on-one sessions, our trainers will coach you through customized workouts specific to your goals. Our qualified trainers ensure that not only will you get leaner, stronger and faster, but that you do it the right way - emphasizing technique and proper form over the amount of weight and number of reps. Great for beginners who are new to Strength and Conditioning HIIT training and looking to develop proper form and understand all the movements before jumping into a group class.
Our qualified trainers will challenge your boxing capabilities and teach you the time-proven, oldest form of Western Martial Arts. You will learn to perfect your stance, and work on rhythm, balance and footwork. Develop proper punching form, increase speed and power, learn to slip and counter, and work on punching combinations and tactics. During these one-on-one personal training sessions you will also do mitt work with the trainer in our ring at the end of each session for at least 3 rounds.
